This Weekend @ The Music Center

Today has been an inspiring Friday as we celebrated our 37th Annual Very Special Arts Festival and began setting up for Dia De Los Muertos and Grand Ave Arts: All Access… It has also been a busy Friday, so here’s a quick rundown of all the many things happening at The Music Center this weekend…

Center Theatre Group continues it’s run of Appropriate in the Mark Taper Forum.  They’ve also got a performance of The Sound of Music in the Ahmanson Theatre.  The LA Philharmonic meanwhile have a performance of works by Mozart & Haydn in the Walt Disney Concert Hall and the REDCAT theater hosts a performance of John Fleck’s darkly hilarious one-man show, Blacktop Highway.
